Recipes and Patterns and More...

Welcome to our online gathering! Since our home isn't big enough to fit all of our friends and friends to be, we've built a new online home where we can gather to share ideas and have some fun.

Here you'll find lots of free recipes and patterns to satisfy your sweet tooth or satisfy your paint brush. With your help, we'll continue to add fun ideas that we can all enjoy. We won't be the biggest and greatest spot on the web, but we'll be the warmest!

Be sure to check out our Featured Items for new and innovative recipes or patterns. We look forward to hearing from you as you share your ideas as well. Enjoy!

We love the Christmas Holidays!

Whatever religion or background you come from, we hope you love the Christmas Holidays at your home as much as we do at our home.  What a wonderful time of year where barriers seem to be lowered and we can show kindness and friendship in ways that we hesitate to at other times of the year.  A time of peace, a time of giving and thoughtfulness, a time of hope.  We hope that the Christmas Holidays can be a time of joy for you and yours rather than a time of stress.  Set aside whatever cares you can and give thought to the good in your life.  Hopefully cares can be replaced with hope this year.

Christmas is a time of tradition at our home.  Traditions that have come from families and years past, as well as traditions that begin now to become anchors of future years.  Our traditions include family activities and looking for opportunities to help others around us.  And of course, our traditions include food!  We love the busyness of preparing treats, candies, and special holiday favorites.

This Christmas season, we've loaded a few different items on our blog for you to enjoy.  Be sure to check out our dips and salsa recipes in our featured section.  Under our "Other Fun Stuff", you'll find one of our favorite Christmas traditions at our home, our Christmas Nativity Puzzle.  You can buy a completed puzzle, or if you're handy in the woodshop, we have the puzzle pattern available so you can make your own.  Our kids have grown up playing with this puzzle for hours, and now our grandkids do the same.  We hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

We hope you have a wonderful Christmas Season!  Find blessings in your life to celebrate, and find others to celebrate with.  Merry Christmas, and Enjoy!
